The Founder &
Executive Chef
Dr. Kevin Chantilou, a trained teacher and educator, has pursued education in both religion and culinary arts. At 30, he opened “Chantilou Caribbean Cuisine” in Florida, earning acclaim from the Sun Sentinel Newspaper and attracting many patrons. The 2008 recession forced its closure, but his expertise remained in demand, leading him to manage other restaurants. Known as the “Flavor Master,” Dr. Kevin excels in Caribbean, American, Italian, and Asian cuisines. When not cooking or lecturing on Leadership & Protocol, he pastors at Vision Worship Center in Pompano Beach, Florida, where his congregation enjoys his culinary treats. He aims to expand his product line, making the Bishop’s Kitchen trademark a household staple.

We have seen and heard through research, the need for taste enhancement to be evidenced in various sauces, therefore by adding our special herbs, spices and dry seasoning, this created a unique and authentic taste that we are confident our customers across the globe will love and enjoy. Hottah-boo-shae is more than a pepper sauce, it enhances the dining experience and will leave you craving and coming back for more. The name was inspired from personal experiences being apart of the Christian Community, in particularly the Charismatic Movement. As a child growing up, I heard a multiplicity of unknown tongues in the church. When the idea of the pepper sauce was conceived, Hottah-boo-shae stood out in my mind. Since then, whenever the name is mentioned, there is an outburst of laughter, as individuals are able to identify with the concept of the humor it brings.
